The middle viewport processes all events, and propagates them to the other viewports. Left-click or wheel scrolls the datasets, right-click pans, shift-right-click zooms,
and shift-left-click window/levels the Fused and MPR view.
Fusion additive is used by default, however a horizontal or vertical swipe view can be selected by the button, and using ctrl-left-click will adjust the percentage swipe amount up/down or left/right.
