Class Navigation2D

2D Navigation

This builds on the 2D Example app and illustrates different types of navigation.



This example includes

•  use of shift-left-click or mouse wheel to page the stack
• use of ctrl-left-click or drag mouse wheel to scroll the stack
• use of arrows to navigate to the next / previous image
  
• use of "s" to start / stop cine mode
