Running the F.A.S.T. Cloud SDK

Be sure to copy your existing hdrclic.dat file into the ./foviaserver directory. If you require a license, please contact your Fovia representative for a new license file. The top-level directory contains one executable: FoviaLauncher.exe. This launches the F.A.S.T. Cloud SDK server and adds a System Tray icon that provides access the system logging information, and to exit the application. It is important that F.A.S.T. Cloud SDK server is always launched using the FoviaLauncher.exe since it manages multiple processes that includes the foviaserver/foviawebsdk.exe process. To activate the F.A.S.T. Cloud SDK server, the license file (hdrclic.dat) must be placed inside the foviaserver sub-directory. The first time the application is executed, the Windows Firewall may display a prompt to request F.A.S.T. Cloud SDK access to the network:

Click Allow Access and continue. Upon a successful launch of the F.A.S.T. Cloud SDK server, click on a local copy of http://localhost:8088/apps/hellofovia to test the web server if viewing this page on the same system. If running on a separate server, replace localhost with your server IP address of the system running the F.A.S.T. Cloud SDK server. Left-click, right-click, and shift-right-click mouse operations allow manipulation of the volume. If using a mobile device with this server, standard touch gestures are supported.
